Don’t Hold Back Your Feelings/Emotions

Both men and women need to get past the feelings that prevent us from saying anything. As the video above demonstrates, these fears often create cud-hav-been luv stories. We often hold back our feelings, n what we want to say, instead of acting on the impetus. Stop being scared, n start acting on what our feelings tell us. Who cares how an opportunity comes or a relationship begins, only that it begins.

If u hold back urself frm sumthing or sumbody which or whom u are interested in or liked, the loser is u only, u won't get it ever again in ur one-n-only-one life in this earth. In my day-to-day life, I can see a lot of people holding back in order to not be something, in different kind of situations. They fear to be themselves due to the fear of what others will think and how they'll be judged.

If u are scared about what others think of u, then that's definitely going to hold u back. Just be urself, no matter what others say, as long as u are sure that, what u do is right for u and is not a harm for others. If others judge u, then don't let it get to u. It's a matter about believing and how u think of urself, don't let others affect how u think; be positive, and u'll surely get there.

If u hold back on the emotions - if u don’t allow urself to go all the way through them — u can never get to being detached, u’re too busy being afraid. U are afraid of the pain, u are afraid of the grief. U are afraid of the vulnerability that loving entails. But by throwing urself into these emotions, by allowing urself to dive in, all the way, over ur head even, u experience them fully and completely. There will be win and loss, anyway which is far better than, holding back and wondering what would have been happened if I had tried that, which is equivalent to losses alone.
